Terms of Service

Services

LOOP provides web design, development, and related digital services. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in individual project proposals and contracts agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify our services and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect ongoing projects with signed contracts.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Standard terms include:

• 50% upfront payment before work begins
• 50% upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All prices are in the currency specified in the contract

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the project deliverables:

• Full source code ownership
• Design assets and brand materials
• LOOP retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Warranties & Support

We provide post-launch support as specified in each package (1-12 months):

• Bug fixes and critical issues at no additional cost
• Security patches and updates
• Extended maintenance available through separate agreements

Limitation of Liability

LOOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of early termination, payment for completed work is due.

Refund policies are defined in individual contracts.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
